Russian Banks Are Using AlterGo Geo Data To Give Credits Ratings

To Some degree, The AlterGo is feeling like a ‘Foursquare of Russia ’, which provides a service with which you can check into a place or locations via their android apps, get discounts, this all goes on customer side but on the back end in the company it is a B2B hybrid product. Which makes it far more different then Foursquare. The AlterGo founded in 2008 which also provides WiFi, WiMAX, GSM, LTE, IP addresses and the network environment to find out users location, Then firm license their locations history to third party apps to build up a new user experience. AlterGo’s Hybrid Positioning System, which more like GPS claims to overcome all the weak points in traditional GPS system, which doesn’t work in urban areas. Yesterday they signed a contract with several large banks in Russia, which will use their service and locations data when user accesses online borrower’s credit rating but they did not disclosed the name of the banks.

Anton Baranchuk, CEO at AlterGeo, says their platform “allows our partners to learn more of their potential borrowers’ honesty and reliability in order to reduce risks when working with online credit loans.”This new product consists of “geo-scoring”, which allows banks to “geo-identify each potential borrower and thus to draw conclusions regarding his/her solvency, honesty, and so on” said a spokesperson. It’s perhaps concerning that the use of this technology may not be made obvious to the average consumer.”

This move could just overcome the frauds which these days, are growing like fire but AlterGo will be featuring several clients group like Mail.RU, Badoo, Mobile Apps developers, advertising networks and covers a huge region of the world including Russia and CIS, Great Brittan, France, Spain, Italy, Brazil and several other Nations.

Baltimore County Firefighter Indicted in Arson after Polygraph

When a home on myrtle Avenue in Halethorpe was caught in fire, the members of the English consul volunteer fire department arrived to set fire on cold. And then firefighter sees federal charges that he set that blaze and helped, according to court documents, during the lie detection test apply for the secret service job in 2011, English counsel Volunteer Fire Association member Nicholas Hannigan, when they asked him about the Criminal activity like arson and plead guiltyto his role in the blaze in the Halethorpe. The crime which he already accepted that he sets the fire by lighting the wheelbarrow full of insulation, lawyers say.

Owings Mills says “The fire in the 3900 block of Myrtle Avenue leveled a vacant home on Sept. 1, 2007, according to court documents."I was new to the firehouse, trying to fit in. I was told that I should have lit a fire by now to be like everyone else," Hannigan stated in a written confession after the polygraph test, explaining this was a rite of passage at the firehouse. Before 2011 when the confession came out, the Assistant U.S. Attorney noted there was a "disturbingly common trend in this area" of "suspicious fires" that seemed to be connected to the English Consul Volunteer Fire Company, According to a written confession from Hannigan, another firefighter selected a vacant property and they went through a window to get inside, where Hannigan allegedly lit a wheelbarrow containing insulation on fire.”

Phone Thieves Bypassing Security Systems

These days the phone thieves are becoming cleverer than they ever was. They’re bypassing the security systems of the phone. Digicel and LIME began blocking phone the stolen phone from 2008 because people reported that blocking the IMEI would not do a thing and we will never found the phone again once stolen. This all goes in response to alerting officials that the Smartphone thieves are becoming more hi tech then before. Inspector Warren Williams of the Organized Crime Investigation Division has responded that his all unit is well aware of the fact that as tech is becoming easier so it is easy to remove the IMEI number from any phone just like removing the chassis number of any vehicle. He added “Yes, you do have people who are changing them in other parts of the world and putting it up on Youtube for everyone but it is very difficult to change it because its electronically embedded and it's very rarely that you see this kind of thing in Jamaica”

The jamaica-gleaner says “Blocking the International Mobile Equipment Identification (IMEI) of a smart phone reported stolen was once thought to be an effective measure to prevent phone thieves. However this has changed in recent years as criminals have found new ways to circumvent the security system in Jamaica. In many cases, disarming a phone's IMEI mechanism - which the police say is similar to the chassis number of a motor vehicle - is as easy as taking the phone to a street-side technician, many of whom charge as little as $2,000 for their services.”

However the A phone expert David says that the removal of IMEI is easy but not that easy. This process is alien to Jamaica; he also said that the IMEI number removal is illegal in countries like US and Britain because they keep all of them in a data base so if police caught any liar during the investigation the lie detector is the best option to take the truth out of the IMEI remover person.

Lie Detection Technology That Accurately Reads Eye Behavior

Eyes can be the truth teller and whistleblower of any pupil behavior but when it comes to investigate a case regarding to any criminal or something legal the lie detections techniques could be the best thing to ensure the suspect is telling the truth. As of Now a days when the technology on its peak but it is only 70% sure that the intended person it telling the truth but then scientist have worked on it and proposed a system which is quite capable to suggest the truth from monitoring your Iris expansion and compression. The test’s accuracy of these techniques is not more than promising. No other solution is proposed to detect the lie until now. Researchers from Converus have spent last 10 year to evolve the method called EyeDetect, which detects eye behavior, and probably the first ocular motion detection method.

According toNet security "We deal with a lot of sensitive information where the potential for risk is very high," said Vilash Poovala, co-founder and CTO of PayClip. Developer of Clip — a card reader that enables users in Mexico to accept credit and debit card payments through their smartphones and tablets. "We need to make sure the people we hire can be trusted. Technology like EyeDetect that can effectively screen potential employees for previous issues with theft or fraud is long overdue. EyeDetect monitors eye behavior, making it the first deception detection product based on an ocular-motor deception test. Validation trials showed it 85 percent accurate. The exam only takes 30-40 minutes.”

As the Intelligence catching so many criminals but there is a huge number of people who are suffering from the injustices from NSA and CIA so this proposed system could help to save innocent lives and people.

The dragnet mass surveillance program undertaken the Human rights organizations and NGO’s, Snowden was giving the presentation via video conferencing at the Council of Europe a parliamentary hearing on Mass surveillance in Strasbourg today. As NSA has snapped all the rules and regulation which was proposed by US government itself to protect the human rights and privacy of any internet user but due to National Security as NSA suggest they had to break each and every rule.

TechCrunchResponded “The U.S. National Security Agency has a directorate that has worked to intentionally subvert the privacy laws and constitutional protections of EU member states against mass surveillance,” said Snowden reading equipped statement to the Council. “I am proud of the fact that despite the dramatic protestations of intelligence chiefs, no evidence has been shown by any government that the revelations of the last year have caused any specific harm,” he added. “My motivation is to improve government, not to bring it down. You must first understand that any kind of Internet traffic that passes before these mass surveillance sensors can be analyzed in a protocol-agnostic manner, meta-data and content both, and it can be today, right now, searched not only with very little effort.”

US Govt. has already been accused of the several accusations like recently accused of making a fake twitter to acquire information about Cuban Govt. officials so this Govt. could be called as a black period of all governments from America. The council was also asked that NSA did the data mining with its Dragnet surveillance program; he responded that yes the algorithm is already prepared to do the mining.
