An adult store owner from Orlando is
up for having a truth catching test, regarding to theft that happen of $6,000. Tony
Panzino owner of Premier Couples Superstore wanted to give a lie detector test, hired an expert to test his top 10 employees and himself too. According to the
owner one worker have failed to pass the test Amitra Alexander, Now as she has
failed the federal lawsuit alongside the adult toy store and also claiming that
her ex-boss already violated several laws that prevents him too put his
employees on lie detector test. They responded that Panzino told employees that
they will not considered as suspect but he wanted them to take test and those
who’s not up will be terminated. And after two day of the test Panzino poached
Alexander with a termination letter says she failed to pass and he’s firing her
based on results.

Local news published a report "I did not fire her for failing the test," insists Panzino. Instead, the store owner tells Local 6, he terminated Alexander based on the way she talked and behaved in his office after being notified of the test results, which he described as a "99 percent fail. The Employee Polygraph Protection Act of 1988 prohibits most private employers from using lie detector tests during the course of employment or as part of the hiring process. However, the law does allow polygraph testing "of certain employees of private firms who are reasonably suspected of involvement in a workplace incident that resulted in specific economic loss or injury to the employer.”

The Law says the every employee must have a notice with explaining the rights and a brief of questions that they will ask. A employee is allowed to terminate the test at any time, this law proposed by Security Systems in US Government.
