NSA’s whistleblower Mr. Edward Snowden
has started a revolution in the Security Industries, who’s concerned about the
US government surveillance on the internet users and companies. Facebook, which
is itself a huge center of personal data, has also got questioned sometime but
according to CEO Mark Zuckerberg it’s made rivals in the tech industry to work
together. He was at the Mobile World Congress Conference at Barcelona, speaking
at Q&A keynote. He asked that whether NSA revelations might put at risk the
mission to connect the world through internet.org, which is his main focus to
connect the rest of the world to internet, of which Facebook is leading
Founder/Member. He also put the light on impacts of Government could ruin the
Internet.org mission—and argued with saying that it could also help us to
connect the world with Snowden’s Efforts to tech industry.

Zuckerberg added “The NSA issues have industry working together better than ever before .Historically we’ve had issues working with some of our competitors aligning on policy issues that even help the whole industry – Internet policy issues – but now it’s such an important thing, because of how extreme some of the NSA revelations were, I do feel that a lot of the industry is a lot more aligned. They are only just now starting to get to where they should have been; I think this whole thing could have been avoidable. It’s not awesome; the government kind of blew it on this… They were just way over the line.”

The further explaining the NSA issue, he was addressing the Government asked for User data back in January. Company is on the agreement that Facebook will be able to show what Government asking them, like user data. Recently NSA has asked so many Tech Giants to remove the user data from their servers, which they think violation of their rules.
