Alarm Capital Alliance Bought Hawk Security Services

Alarm Capital Alliance a national home Security System provider, HQ’d in Newton square, announces that they will acquiring Hawk Security Services from Interface security system. They did not publically announce the terms of the deal. Hq’d in Fort Worth, Texas, Hawk Security has helping customers to protect their home with security gadgets developed by the company. By the acquisition ACA consuming about 25000 domestic consumers, this will increase the number of the ACA customers by 200,000 countrywide. ISS will continuously serving over 11000 Hawk Business customers in Texas with IIS branding.

                   

 ACA will manage and use the talented staff of the hawk security and the regional office in Fort Worth too. The CEO will be making sure of the customers will be getting the same service that they use to be given by the company even better. They will not be changing the brand name. As the member of the My Alarm Center, the customers of the late company will get superior services and great customer experience. The vice President of the firm will continue with the new branch. The Hawk Security main purpose is to serve the domestic customers and shall continue with such goal for future
